I am an out-of-doors fanatic. You may thank my grandfather for that. A naturalist, avid fisherman, and woodworker, he taught me how to appreciate the wilderness. He was my first teacher. Long before I entered the classroom, he taught me about waterfowl migration, different habitat types, predator and prey, and natural resource conservation. I have fond memories of climbing up his leg onto his lap so he could read National Geographic Magazine to me.
Now, after a lot of hard work, determination and persistence, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Sciences.
Here you'll find stories about my adventures and day-to-day life.
